mathfed Tomatovillian™ Join Date: Jul 2006 Location: Carlsbad, NM Posts: 38	Raspa Watermelons Has anyone grown Raspa watermelons? I am going to have a couple of vines of them this summer. I plan to trellis them with support for the melons when they get bigger. I am using concrete reinforcing wife staked with t-posts every few feet for the trellis. Is it practical to try to trellis this variety? I don't have as much room to let them sprawl unless I just did it in a corner of the yard. How long do their vines get?
