Default when can I harvest?

How long does it take for a fruit to grow inside the paper husk?
I have plenty of paper husks, but they are empty.

Depending on the size of the tomatillo variety you have planted, it could take up to two months for the fruit to ripen. A ripe fruit will split the paper husk open. If the husk stays empty, then maybe the fruit has spoiled inside it or the blossom wasn't pollinated for it to bear fruit.
