Default Southern Blight/leaf curl/stunted

Hi. Any help would be appreciated.

First, the Paul Robeson was my best performer and has some nice fruit on it, but about three weeks ago most of the new leaves came out curled and I figured it was the gnat larvae eating roots. Spinosad seems to have cured me of most gnats, but there is very little new growth, lots of blossom drop and I removed one tomato due to BER. Here are a couple of pictures - is this white around the stem indicative of Southern Blight? (Also, this is in a SWC) 1st two pics

Third pic is Green Grape with major leaf curl and foliage die off (I've picked them off).

I appreciate any advice.
