help with Russian description, Tsindao
Just potting up tomato seedlings today. I have several plants of Tsindao, for which I have this description translated:
Tsindao: "Medium (midseason) tomato ripening. Plants to 1 m tall, shoots powerful, broad leaf, rich green color. Fruits are large, dark brown. The average weight of 250-300g, some - to 400g. Form ploskookrugloy fruit. Extremely tasty, "sweet" tomato. Productivity is very high." Any idea, what is "ploskookrugloy" fruit? Also, this says only 1 m tall (3 ft) so I guess it is determinate or semi-determinate, no pruning bush type? Marina said great taste and production, no cracking. I'm really looking forward to it. |

If you copy and paste the Cyrillic word into google translate it askes you if you mean плоско округлая and translates that as flat round.

Please see the above thread which I put up which lists many Tville members and which languages they are willing to translate. I should have moved this up sooner b'c there have been others looking for translations as well. They all volunteered, so I say why not let them help. Carolyn
