Mojave those are awesome looking Berkeleys. I personally pick them a few days early to ward off squirrels or a late rain (cracking). Even that first pic is showing a hint of color. I would not hesitate to pick it, and let it ripen on the counter, out of the sun.

Thanks CD! I picked two more today that looked close, but were still firm.

It's going on 2am here so I'll pick any more that are showing even a hint of color...in the morning.

Oh I hope this doesn't turn out to be a deja vu moment.

Morado Vejer De La Frontera.. A native heirloom tomato from Southern Spain.. This is a deep pink variety.
