Some cottage cheese and a chunked up tomato. Hit the spot nicely, and cheap, too.

I have a smallish tomato this year that is very easy to hollow out. We stuff them with a piece of fresh mozzarella, or cottage cheese with a bit of Mrs. Dash sprinkled on. Gourmet!

Sauteed broccoli, and cauliflower chunks and sugar snap peas over rice with a home made Parmesan Alfredo sauce.
