They're increasingly available here, and Russian seed sites have so many... (even non-edibles for ornamental purposes!!)
One winter, I was given the kit in the link below. I kept it above the kitchen sink and it did grow some tasty oyster mushrooms. It did not last as long as they say it will but I may not have gotten the watering right.
