Default fermented inside the tomato darn it

I had a couple of garden peach tomatoes that came off a dead plant and didn't get 100% ripe.
They were starting to get mushy, so I cut them open to get the seeds out and they looked weird.
The seeds were sprouting while still inside the tomato.I never saw that before.
I will attempt to plant them now to see if any will grow.
I took pictures but they came out blurry.
Normally a garden peach will have a green stripe, when it turns red you know the tomato is ripe.
These were from saved seeds and didn't have any stripe.

Default sprouted seeds

You can immediately put them in seed starting mix, but you can't save them.
