What are these perfect looking clear round thingies
I found them on the underside of my okra seedling leaf. They are probably eggs of something? halp??
They look like they would be droplets of water but I am able to scrap them off and then smoosh them...

No, these are not eggs, It is normal and are little droplets of xylem sap that have been extruded from the stomata in the undersides of the leaves and hardened.

oops, these droplets are extruded through hydathodes, not stomata, my bad... guttation is the term for this phenomenon

Very good point Kurt, not all insect eggs found on plants are harmful. Some may be very beneficial to the garden such as these lady bug eggs.
