"Gold Grape"
Recently bought some Gold Grape tomatoes -- that's the brand, not a variety. These are the best grape tomatoes I've had from a grocery store. My wife said they are better than some I grow in the summers! These were, of course, grown in Mexico.
Any experience here with golden/orange grape tomatoes? These are definitely not yellow, and definitely not a cherry tomato. They are sweet (but not like Sungold), flavorful, juicy, and chewy like a good grape tom should be. These could give "winter tomatoes" a good name! I will save some seeds, but it is probably a fool's errand. -GG |

I also buy some RED grapes . They are very tasty too.
Generally among the store tomatoes grape and cherry sizes have decent taste. Those are th only kind I buy off season. Gardeneer |
