Default Tomato Psyllid and Spinosad treatment

Anyone have experience with the efficacy of spinosad treatment for tomato psyllid nymphs? In particular:

How fast do nymphs die after first treatment? Can you see an effect of the spraying as they die, and if so, what does it look like?

What percentage knockout of nymph population do you get?

Do the young nymphs get killed easier or less effectively than the later instars?

Does the dying or killed nymph look very different, change color, become an empty exoskeleton on the leaf, or does it drop off from the leaf surface?

This is my first experience with this dreadful little pest, and I have a thousand seedlings to lose if I don't get this right, any experience you can share would be appreciated.

I'm just beginning to notice Psyllids. I have some spinosid (Captain Jack's) and it does not mention them specifically in the instructions. I also use neem, and it DOES mention psyllids. I've never had a problem with them until the end of last year, so I don't have a lot of experience controlling them. I'm going to try the neem first though...
