Default Ukrainka

This is a wonderful paste type that produces a heavy crop on an indeterminate plant. The fruit are about the same size as found with the variety named Prue, but these tomatoes have less shape variations. The fruit pictured were harvested near the end of the summer when much of the fruit were getting smaller.

The larger one on the bottom right is typical of the average crop. The two double fruit at the top were from fused blooms. The flavor is smooth and makes a great sauce. I will be putting San Marzano on the back burner as this one is more productive.
