Tiny northern greenhouse still going
https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v...type=2&theater
A little look around my little greenhouse on October 3rd here north of Edmonton, Alberta. I am trying to keep it going until November 1st or until there is nothing worth heating it for, whichever comes first. So far, so good. Any other little northern greenhouses still going? KarenO Anyone who wishes is invited to "like" my Northern Gardener Facebook page as well. I don't sell anything, just post garden tidbits as a hobby. |

I agree - your plants look good in the GH - It must not be too tiny b/c you had a lot of plants in there.

How nice of your husband to give you this. You are one lucky lady!
It sounds as if it has really extended your season up there. I have a friend in Alberta and she said that you have already had snow about a month ago. You must be the envy of the neighborhood. Frost should be taking my plants out tonight or tomorrow and here you are still growing. Thank you for sharing.

Hi Karen - thank you for sharing the video. I also enjoyed the GH pictures you had shared earlier this year. After this past season & your posts here I am starting to re-consider my no GH policy.
