is this a home production greenhouse or do you sell tomatos someplace?

Carolyn, or anyone else who can answer this. When first planting out in containers, do you add a ring of the Mittleider mix to the soil and then about a tbsp once a week there after. I'm planting tomatoes in 5gal swc buckets.
