Default Tomato Porn from Wild Boar Farms

I had the pleasure of working Brads farm a few weeks back, helping pick and process tomatoes for seed. These were the take home that day. Brad was generous enough to pay me in tomatoes that I got to hand pick from his garden, much more valuable to a tomato nerd than any amount of money. It truly was a memorable experience. Brad is a class act, and has a true passion for tomatoes and life in general. Brad if you see this....Thank you again sir!

p.s. I already promised Brad I wouldn't divulge any info on unreleased varieties nor would I share seed from said varieties, so please don't ask.

They are beautiful. You were 'paid' well for your efforts.

It sounds like Brad has a lot of new tomatoes for '17.

Much better than gold, looks like a pirate's treasure trove of sparkling jewels! You must feel rich indeed.

Thanks Barb. It was a real pleasure. Of the pictures of me holding the fruit only two are "new," the small pointed cherry with antho and the "green zebra looking" antho one. The others are Green Zebra Cherry, Blue Gold, and Candy Sweet Icicle. Some new stuff mixed in the bigger tomatoes as well. He definitely has some things in the works, I would anticipate a few new releases this year.

Is there some Dark Queen tomatoes in those pictures? They sounded interesting when I checked his site but it said he was sold out of seed for them...

Now that Brad has released his seed stock for 2017, how did you like the Napa Chardonnay cherries? I order these along w/ a few others.

I do believe I tried the Napa chardonnay and it was tasty. If I'm not mistaken, Brad found the large cream colored segregation in a row of Napa rose. Of all his new releases I am most excited for the Atomic Grape. I actually harvested quite a few of these because of looks and taste while working his farm, before he had actually had a name for it.

There is a couple Dark Queen there, they were great. All varieties should be in stock now. I have no experience growing it, but I have grown the Pink Berkley tie Dye that it is an improvement of. PBTD has been a must grow for several years for me.
