wally mcgee Tomatovillian™ Join Date: Jun 2013 Location: peru, Iowa zone 5a Posts: 167	CLT Has anyone else ever tried a clt ( cheese lettuce and tomato) sandwich? Its made just like a blt but with fried provalone cheese; about a 1/4" slab, fried up until crispy. I'm a big fan of bacon, but this is really very good.
