Nice garden and pictures. Thank you for sharing.

I was planning on sowing a dbl row of peas while we had some lovely spring weather the past few weeks.. but.. the temps dropped and the last few day's we had snow. But I will plant some in large pots this weekend, and keep in gh.

Default Hi Barefoot !

So, thanks for your like on my garden. An idea for you to start peas which works well with me and my extended family who lives in Connecticuit is to take all of your peas, place in pretty warm water.and put plastic wrap on the top of the container ( i grow 'Mr.big pea' variety), then after 2 days i plant each in peat moss.I never use those peat pots i dont think that the plant needs to be slowed down as it grows.
so then after a 2x2 pot or other small pot used allows the peas to grow to 2 inches i transplant them after giving them a B-1 shot (like Hormex) http://www.hydrogalaxy.com/nutrients...JVuYPesBikutLD this insures strong plants

Nice garden. Since my garden is only 15'X25' I have marigolds planted around the outside of the deer fence.
