Nice haul!! What kinds are they and do you do anything special to them to freeze them?

The variety is Aristotle. I clean and slice them to strips, then spread them out on a sheet to dry for an hour or so before bagging them. By letting them dry for awhile, they seem to keep higher quality in the freezer, longer.
