Default Potato 101 help needed.

Is there anyone who knows enough about potatoes to make a "how to" on potato growing? (cause I sure don't) Not necessarily TPS, but just a short how to, on the in's and outs from sprouting tubers to harvest and what you need to do. I tried to search for something like this but could not find much. Thanks in advance for the help!

It has been 42 years since I spent much time in Arizona....but as as a potato buyer...I remember "buying" about a million dollars worth of potatoes during the months of May through July from the Queen Creek area of Arizona. Most of the potatoes were Kennebec, Monona and FL-2. The potatoes were shipped on rail cars to processing plants across the USA.

That said, there are some good YouTube videos to view...many are associated with additional related videos also.

I am preferring to send you to these first and then...if you have more questions just post those questions here or in a private email.
