The cost of running an eatery these days is over the top.

Just heard yesterday all new places have to have baby changing stations.
If it isn't one thing it is another driving up the cost of things.

Got another ham bone and making more beans and veggies in ham bone broth today. Just a couple dollars for a big pot, so that is good, and I like it a lot. No picture as everyone knows wat beans etc. look like, save M some bandwidth.

Tonight it's home-grown fried green tomatoes & home-grown sugar snap peas. Oh, and probably some sort meat.

Going to open up the last jar of the 22 quarts of brisket chill I made some time ago.
That will leave me with one or two quarts of frozen chili I made.
My chili supplies are getting to emergency levels.

I can say why that is, but it would involves political discussion and why not to start a business in certain states.
