Default Pepper plants for sale?

Can anyone suggest a good retailer for pepper plants? The local nursery availability is woeful. They are getting a little better in offering a better selection, but it is still very limited.

Is it against the tou to offer to buy excess plants @ T-ville?Otherwise a recommendation for a reliable online retailer would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

I know; right?

I have ordered from them more than once, when I didn't get my s*** (stuff) together in time. Often during sales, always satisfied.
I grew their piquillos, and have had overwintered plant or seed, ever since.

I wonder if peppers can be easily cloned?I could run a few cuts in my cloner, but I wonder if the cloned plant would have time to produce mature fruit?Course,we are talking about buying a plant, and then raising it to the point it could yield clones, and then if those clones would have time to produce fruit?
