Default Looking for Dwarf Project Plants in Texas

Since I lost 33 plants in the recent 24 degree weather I am looking for some Dwarf Project Plants in Houston, Austin, Corpus Christi or even San Antonio. I checked my usual haunts in Houston - Wabash, Buchanan's and Another Place in Time and they have more hybrids than ever. I am also looking for Eva Purple Ball. I can get Pink Ping Pong or Clear Pink Early as a sub but I really wanted to try EPB. Any ideas?
