I do have two, Kristalon Rot Calcium 11+11+24+(2) plus micro nutrients and Hakaphos soft spezial 16+8+22+(3) plus micro nutrients which is used in hydroponic systems too. Many dedicated pepper growers here in Germany use these with great success on their peppers, tomatoes and eggplants.
Both are water soluble, you can use 0,5-3g per liter. But for tomatoes, I find that 1g is enough even for adult plants, maybe 1.5, on seedlings I wouldn't use more than 0.5g.

Both are professional fertilizers, not available in stores, but some shops do sell them online.

I don't think that this fertilizer is good for in ground plants unless you need a quick fix.

That Kristalon red sounds pretty good.
Kristalon Red Calcium 11+11+24 (+1,8MgO) (+6CaO)
B 0,025%
Cu 0,01%
Fe 0,07%
Mn 0,04%
Mo 0,004%
Zn 0,025%

Are you using that dose at every watering?

Using the general rule that 1 lb of fertilizer in 100 gallons of water will increase EC to about 1.5 mhos (1500ppm). The 1 to 1.5 gram per liter would put these at a comparable treat rate of 1500 to 2000 ppm, of HydroGardens Tomato, Masterblend, and Floranova type products.

Yes it is possible to use it with every watering. I start with a low dosage and slowly up it.

Oh I forgot one thing, these fertilizer solutions shouldn't be used if the potting mix is dried out. Obviously it's best to never let your potting mix dry out, but nobody is perfect
