The KARMA Pink had coloured up a lot when I checked after work, so played safe and picked it.

Tasted the KARMA Pink today, went down very well and young girl would have eaten 3 or 4 if I had them available. Will return next year.

My Karma Pink unfortunately didn't perform as others have posted, with straggly foliage and small fruits, which split badly. So far I have picked 5 ripe fruit, but as yet haven't tasted them.
Sorry I couldn't have given a better summary. |

Thank you Mcsee for trialling it. The size of the fruit you show is correct, KARMA pink is a cherry. Surviving 44 degrees heat wave I think it’s s wonder that you got any fruit at all,
I hope all your others did better. KarenO |

One for that hard working pair of ladies, KarenO and Marsha, Karma Pink which is not doing to badly in this Aussie summer here. Plants are probably around the 3.5 to 4 foot mark, unpruned with 5 or 6 stems but still reasonably open. Nowhere near as vigorous as some of my others which are topping 6 feet, some of that could well be due to soil type and how much wind protection they are getting. Not the greatest producers but considering their background they may tack a couple of years to acclimatise fully and for me to work out how best to grow them. They will get two more years at least. Largest would be golf ball size, having no problems with cracking at this stage, maybe keeping the plants a bit drier than what most do

So nice to see you choose to grow them again. It’s wonderful when people try them but it is very meaningful to me that you like them enough to grow them more than just once.
Thank you for the pictures Nico! And they will do even better in ground than in a pot Dorota thank you for giving them a place in your garden Karen |

Karen, it is a real pleasure to grow KARMA Pink . I am sure it will be great in the ground. KP will get two different places, we will find the best one.

Thanks Karen.
I'm sure they will do better on the ground. If the weather is right, I plan to move them to the final floor in late April or early May. I have also given seeds of KARMA pink in the tomato forum in Spain, I hope you send me pictures of how my Spanish colleague is doing. KARMA pink I loved last season, the rest of KARMA are smaller, and germinate a month later. Nico

Different KARMAs and True Colours from Tulsa
I accidentally posted this earlier in the "Available for Trade" Forum to a post that was already closed.
Lee Here are a few pictures I took today of my KARMA Pink (started 2/2), as well as KARMA Peach, KARMA Purple Multiflora, and True Colours (started 2/4). They are starting to really grow, now that we're having consistently sunny days in the 60's. What's interesting to me is the KARMA Pinks are significantly bigger than the other 3, although only started 2 days before. Also, the KARMA Peaches are noticeably bigger than True Colours and KARMA Purple Multiflora, although started at the same time. I remember reading that KARMA Purple Multoflora was more compact, but I hadn't seen that about True Colours. I remember worrying last year at this time that the KARMA Pinks looked so droopy. Now I know that's just how they look. All are doing well. Lee |

I'm growing KARMA Peach and KARMA Purple Multiflora. The peach is bigger, but I had great germination with both. I have a few more potted up, but these 2 will be in the "main" garden, which is my community garden plot this year.
