Soon as I put the net cups into the trays, I start another batch of seeds...the spinach seedlings have only been in the tray for 14 days so far...I constantly keep picking the bottom lettuce leaves....first go with the spinach....

I am using the Keisue Technology System grow trays and my home made 4' tray with aeration...cheers...

Righand,
Good to see your post. I am doing a similar grow with Manoa lettuce. The difference is that the micro towel's still are being used in my garden. I cut them into strips and roll them, then use a 2" drip cup in a tray. Once the seeds are stable into the NFT rail system they go. Then it's start another batch. Like you wrote, it's an endless supply of lettuce or micro greens. I did a bunch of sunflowers, not bad. Nutty flavor.
Aloha,
Tom

Those look great! Interesting onions to the right - do you harvest those too?
