Default First Go At IT!

I have been around gardening for years, but never started seeds myself, as I always bought plants, or directly sow the seeds in the garden. I decided to give it a go, and have had great success and I am really pleased it has been a lot of fun. So far I have transplanted some plants multiple times, and everything is going well, except my broccoli. It is extremely leggy and I re potted it, but I need to get it hardened off and in the garden. So here is wheat I have planted thus far. Also big thanks for the wealth of information here, as it has helped me tremendously along the way!

Petunias
Begonias
California Wonder Pepper
Summerpac Squash
Parks whopper Tomato's
Marigolds
Ziannia
Diva Cucumbers
Onions and lettuce are growing in the garden!

Thank you! I found the plans for the grow light at my local extension office's website!

http://extension.umd.edu/growit/food...vc-light-stand

I started the plants March 20th. I was really worried when I saw the size of the begonia and petunia seeds, but so far so good. I was a little upset with the seed company I ordered from. I had other tomato varieties ordered and they just showed up. I called the company and they said that they were back ordered, and they do not list back ordered products on there website, so I will save them for next year!

The 2nd picture is 2 different types of petunias. Now to share what has not worked. As stated the broccoli looks really leggy. I was also only able to get 1 California wonder pepper to germinate. I had no luck with contender zucchini, which is fine I normally direct sow them into the garden. Also I forgot to mention above I also have little dipper butternut squash started. It has been quite the learning experience that is for sure. I will post a picture below of the begonias, and as you can see I wish I would have started them a month earlier! In addition to this forum, a gentleman on YouTube has been a huge help with some very informative information. Here is link if anyone wants to check him out, he has years of experience!

I will do some photo updates very soon. Plants are going crazy. I need to get the broccoli and some other veggies hardened off, but 1 week with no sun, and lots of rain so far. I wish the weather would cooperate, but looks like another week of this mess.
