There is never anything funny about a hurricane, but

The National Weather Service is showing the radar on Accuweather but the computerized voice is giving the DFW forecast. They're showing a category 3 hurricane but saying 20% chance of rain.

The latest update says the sustained winds are now 120mph.

Take care, all of you in harms way and please get back to us when you can and share with us what happened where each of you are.

Yeah, they've added Travis county to the flash flood watch too. I hope I didn't run from the fire and into the frying pan. Stay safe Worth.

Category 4! I never read or heard anything about it possibly developing into a category 4 hurricane until it happened.

Thank you

No worries for me.
I have a ton of home cured meats and home canned food.
I have bleach to purify water a river plenty of wood and 5 gallons of kerosene and mineral oil to get wet wood started.
Not that I would need any of it where I live but you never know.
Couldn't care less about light.
