Default YELLOW LEAVES on my Eggplant seedlings

The bottom leaves of my eggplants seedlings are turning yellow.
I have started them on december 10th. The soil I am using is very rich in bat guano, worm castings and lot sof good organics stuff, so I have not fertilize the seedlings yet.
One of the leaves has brown spots.

What shall I do?

Please help

potting medium is too rich, and you do overwater. Don't water for 5-7 days.
