I like to make a red pepper sauce with mine. I boil the peppers in white vinegar with a few garlic cloves then blend them up some in a blender. I then run them through a food mill to remove the seeds and then heat the mixture. Then I add sugar, brown sugar, salt, a bit of Worcestershire sauce, and a small amount of molasses. It turns out to me a mildly hot very flavorful all purpose hot sauce. This is my very favorite red hot sauce.
