German Red Strawberry, Indian Stripe, Brandywine Cowlicks and MajiQo, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and a bit of salt and fresh ground black pepper. (I forgot to add the capers, but I didn't miss them). Yumm....

Wow, those look sooooo good! I've got a few Dwarf Project plants in pots that I've been babying and I've got some fruit from those, but I'm saving seeds and not eating them much. My main crop hasn't started yet. I'm jealous! Your salad looks amazing.

Tomatoes and feta - truly a perfect match.
Did you throw a little Greek oregano and basil on it -especially of you grow your own. Try some lemon basil... Yum.

I'm with Karen... add crusty bread and vino and that would be heaven! I am so looking forward to having ripe tomatoes. Tired of making my bruschetta with store bought lumps! Maybe if I look at the picture above while eating my bruchetta will taste better??? ;-) Pete

Tired of plain tomato sandwiches I used a heavy sourdough with a layer of mayo on one side, blue cheese on the other, layers of thinly sliced tomatoes, a thin piece of ham, layer of cheese, plenty for fresh pepper, and then grilled with a tad of butter on the pan and a weight on the top...cooked slowly until browned and the tomatoes and all cooked into a delicious medley of pure flavor.
