Cucumbers not developing

Hi all,
I have several different varieties of cucumbers planted. We're having great summer weather with highs only in the mid 80s, no humidity, and of course no rain...but I have a drip system. All of my cucumbers both those that are planted in the ground and those that are in planters are producing very few cucumbers that mature (maybe 1 per day off of 20 feet of cucumber rows). 95% of the cucumbers reach this stage - prior to the female flower even opening the entire baby cucumber and flower turns brown and dries up and falls off. I am at a loss, at first I thought I was watering too much and have now decreased my watering and there is no improvement. I've tried using a general fertilizer with no great improvement either. Any suggestions?

These varieties are all supposedly parthenocarpic which I thought meant they did not require pollinating?

What are your night time temperatures?

what are the numbers on the fertilizer? How often? I've seen that on a few of my cukes too, with the plants pretty much looking healthy and thriving, right? I gave 'em a high p/k dose and some worm tea and they put out a ton of flowers that went all the way.

Lots of cuke/chia water being consumed around here. .
