no the one i have is made from schedule 40 pvc pipe. the address printed on the bottom of the page is old and does not bring me to the plans but to some gardening site. i looked around, no grow light plans.

i wonder if the people at the gul forum know that address or have the picture of it somewhere on the net. i have a great print in color cuz all the parts are color coded and that makes it really easy to see how many of part 'x' you need.

i like it i offered a photocopy to anyone interested, just email me and i'll send my address. if i had a digital camera i could post a photo but i don't.
