Default Edges turning brown on Tom Seedlings...

Help! The leaves on my Tomato plants look burnt around the edges. Any idea what this is, can I still plant them?

Sounds like windburn, if it is all around the edges. If it is only
the tips of the leaves, sounds like overwatering.

Neither condition is fatal if the plants get some relief from
what is causing it until they get bigger.

New development...
Now it seems like some of the bottom leaves are drying up and dying, not the starter leaves but the main leaves. Yes it has been windy here but they look awful. I want to believe they are ok worried they could be sick. I don't know if they are safe or not. Its about 80 plants. Any advice???

were afflicted with windburn shortly after transplanting.

Note that those plants recovered after getting a little rain and
