You can still run water through the soil more, if you think flushing will help.

Anyone know what is wrong my seedlings? The leaves are yellowing and curling. I thought they were thirsty but I watered them and they haven't changed.

What kind of potting mix are you using ?
Over watering can cause leaf rolling and curling in some varieties. Yellow leaves often is an indication of low nitrogen. What kind of fertilizer are you using and how often. Gardeneer |

I would have to look to be sure but I think it is plant tone 5-3-3. It is mixed in with jiffy mix. I just potted them up a few days ago so maybe stress? Could they be to close to the lights?

They don't look too bad. We have been conditioned as plant-buying customers to think everything needs to be deep dark green all the time. They don't have to look perfect at this stage in order to grow into healthy plants.

Organic fertilizers generally need organic medium with needed micro organism to plake them available for plants. That is why it is suggested to use synthetic fertilizer with soil less mix. But if Jiffy mix is organic then you are ok. Just up the amount of fertilizer. Gardeneer |

If you want to green them up really quick, use 1 tablespoon epsom salt mixed in 1 gallon water.but don't do it until they dry out. Usually yellowing at that stage is an overwatering issue, so wait until they dry out a bit. The overwatering starves the plant of nutrients, Gardeneer is right on.
They will green up in like a day. |

The jiffy mix is organic. I might need to get a liquid fertilizer too.

My understanding is that seedlings benefit more from soluble/liquid fertilizers than slow release ones like the Plant Tone. Not sure if you can or should add a liquid fertilizer at this point given the presence of the Plant Tone, but maybe someone with more knowledge on the subject will chime in.
