Sorry for delay. Here is the key, quoted by Jean Andrews but originally from United Nations Food and health Organisation, 1983

Key to Domesticated Species of Capsicum

1. Seeds dark, corolla purple............................................ .....C. Pubescens
1. Seeds straw coloured, corolla white or greenish-white (rarely purple)......2

2. Corolla with distinct yellow spots at bases of lobes.........C. baccatum
2. Corolla without distinct yellow spots at bases of lobes......3

3. Corolla purple.....................4

4. Flowers solitary..................C. annuum
4. Flowers 2 or more at each node....C. chinense

3. Corolla white or greenish-white....5

5. Calyx of mature fruit with annular constriction at ★★★★★★★★ with peduncle.....C. chinense
5. Calyx of mature fruit without annular constriction at ★★★★★★★★ with peduncle..6

6. Flowers solitary...................................7

7. Corolla milky white, lobes usually slightly revolute, peduncles often declining at anthesis.....C. annuum
7. Corolla greenish-white, lobes usually slightly revolute, peduncles erect at anthesis............C. frutescens

6. Flowers 2 or more at each node.....................8

8. Corolla milky white................................c. annuum
Corolla greenish-white................................9

9. Peduncle erect at anthesis, corolla lobes usually slightly revolute.............C. frutescens
9. Peduncles declining at anthesis, corolla lobes straight.........................C. chinense

Ok so I tasted it last night. It was hot! Not as hot as a Ghost for example. But the flavor was like a ghost rather than a habenaro. Seeds were that straw color.

As soon as I saw the name mentioned I think it's the Beni Highlands. I know that was 1 I used to grow and that is the shape I remember.
