I am worse than a crow when it comes to solid metal... whatever they have in the hardware store I'm all over it thinking wonder what I could do with that.... Can't wait to see what you do with it, Worth.

Nothing but thick shim material for door holder closers to make up for the difference from the frame to cinder block.
What a waste.

Waste is only when you have leftovers and don't keep em to make something.
Even if I had to saw up a piece like that to make shims, it would give me ideas just from being around it.

I did some cackleations and come up with about 11 inches of scrap off of each stick.
I already have a thousand ideas for it.
Soft jaws for my vise being one.

That might be homemade. That's the trailer I visualize when I think of em. Nowadays the trailers are like Taj Mahal.. And expensive too. Jimbo

Such as the red lights inside the horse compartment. Guessing it's not used for horses anymore.

Not so sure. Looks like the red lights are actually on the outside. And is that the back end of a horse I see?

Apparently not. My first impression was that the sunlight was reflecting off something in the trailer.

The point I was attempting to make is that it doesn't seem logical to put the lights in a area the horse could easily bust them by throwing it's head during loading/unloading.
