All the above are excellent. One not mentioned that has been at the top of the heap for us the past two years is Kolb. Excellent flavor and productive.

Last year I went back to some old Southern favorites . Gulf State market , Pink shipper and Bradley. They all are medium large pink tomato's and have a good taste. Bradley is still a big favorite in the south. Gulf State is still around ,but not grown as much. Pink Shipper was lost for a while, but New Hope seed company in Tennessee located the seed in a USDA seed vault and re introduced them . All these old Southern tomatoes produced well and had a outstanding taste.

Salt the only problem with those delicious pink beefsteaks is most of them don't fare too well once our heat really sets in so they need to be planted as early as possible for maximum production. The one that never seems to be bothered so much by the heat is Pruden's Purple which can set fruit when most of the others won't.

As for flavor it is hard to beat Brandywine Sudduth's, Brandywine Cowlick's, Limbaugh's Legacy, Giant Belgium, German Johnson PL, Marianna's Peace, Stump of the World or Dester. I love the flavor of Dester and it is very productive for me but it does seem to attract more foliage problems than any other variety.

There are some really good red varieties that will fare better in the heat as the season moves along like Red Barn, Couilles de Taureau, Neves Azorean Red, Arkansas Traveler and they can sometimes be just as tasty.

As for reds, I do have Pruden's Purple, Arkansas Traveler, and Atkinson. All are supposed to do better in high heat. I'm not sure about Big Beef F1 producing in high heat, but it's on the list as well. I am thinking of adding Couilles de Taureau and Neves Azorean Red.

I'm unsure if Arkansas Traveler is pink or red? I've read it described as both. (One or the other)

EDIT: Pruden's Purple is pink - not red. I got that one wrong.

Once a tomato is ripe and it is sliced , there is no difference, IMO.
In tomato jargon PINK has clear skin so that you see the true color under it. RED on the other hand has yellow skin so you see it red (darker).
Another point is that, if you look at the color spectrum/wheel there is no PINK color. Pink is simply a light red. If you take some red acrylic paint and add some white to it, you will get pink. You can complicate it if you add a tiny bit of blue. Now you are getting into PURPLE territory.

LOL Gardeneer - let me see if I can remember Jr. High Art class:

Primary colors are Blue, Red, and Yellow

Secondary Colors are Purple, Green, and Orange

Neutral colors are Black, White, and Grey

That's all I remember.

I'm surprised I remember those.

There are many good ones, I like consistently good tasting tomatoes.

These have done me good, taste is always good, many times they are so good, they cause me to shut my eyes and just dwell in the moment, when it hits the palate.

I'm surprised that 4 so far have chosen German Queen as a favorite pink. I haven't noticed it cropping up (pun intended) often on previous lists. Tatiana has just a short sentence about it. http://tatianastomatobase.com/wiki/German_Queen I'd appreciate more information about why it's a favorite: yield, tolerances, taste, plant size, dtm, etc. (By the way, Heritage Seed Market and J&L Gardens have seeds.)

I haven't grown many pinks, but the one I did, were excellent. Such as: Kosovo, FishLake Oxheart, (both hearts) and Dar Zavoltzhaya Rozovyi (det) & Tarasenko Rozovyi.
ALSalt, I think I sent some of those seeds to you, but I might be mistaken.. PM if you want any.
