Default Need Recommendation for Hose End Sprayer

with a removabe sprayer; I want to use my own mister or nozzle.

Do these exist?

I have this one which would be perfect if I could remove the spray part and put my own nozzle or mister on it. (Mixes well, lots of metering choices, doesn't leak or clog).

This is all I have found searching myself, and the reply to my question said it leaked.

The ones used to wash cars/dogs look the closest to what I'm looking for, but tank part looks too small and I'm not sure about 'soap' mode and if it would be easy to control the output like the one I already own.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I spent a lot of time hunting down a hose end sprayer that had a detachable/replaceable spray nozzle. I found just about all manufacturers don't want to share their stuff. I couldn't find one that had a universal hose type threading so I gave up after wasting time and money on failed efforts.

I have a wand with just one shower head. I dont like those things with multiple patterns.
I have installed a ball valve on the hose end. So i can control the amount of flow , as i want.
This is just for watering my plants, not hosing down driveway or washing my war with. Those triger spring loaded valves/sprayers get into my nerves.

I use these with aluminum sprayer from France.

The quick fit, adaptors, are great for one sprayer mist in greenhouse, detach walk to herb garden,,,,.No more loose drippy fill your back pocket up errant spray hole in hose jets, that gosh darnoodley Teflon tape, and less expense on those soft rings that wear out, drip you get the point.

Those fancy multi jobbers made from that softer plastic seem to inhibit black growth? Hoses get that black residue, and heavy, those 3/4 inch hoses with water are too much for me wifey.Hint, she likes them so much now she DOES ALL OF OUR DECK PLANT WATERING.WIN WIN FOR HER AND eye(me)

I have bought what you are looking for, OP, in dollar stores.

But you are right: Big manufacturers are making sure that you use their products in their sprayers.

Generic things are fast disappearing.
