After seeing the growth tip I think it is iron deficiency but not too severe to recover yet. When the growth tip starts looking very light yellow or white it is sometimes too late for the plant to recover.

Weed killer almost always causes wilting and or stunted weird growth tips and leaves.
I have had plants damaged and some killed by glycophophate drift and I have lost a good many plants to some 2-4-D drift twice and a lot of the ones that didn't die were really stunted with weird growth and never fully recovered.

I am treating with an Iron/Zinc additive. Just to be certain.
