You are right, the 2nd one is a lacewing larvae. Keep your eyes out for the lacewing eggs; so tiny, so cool.
That was my ultimate conclusion as well, which is odd since I have never ever seen one and it was in my greenhouse. I read that only certain tree hoppers are bad but if he was on a plant in the GH I assume he was sucking juices from it? Thanks for the help Nattybo!
