I here by declare the taco sauce I made on post 1274 A1 throughout the Kingdom and fit for all man and woman, child and beast to eat.
The palace cook made taco meat with ground brisket and made Tex Max corn tortilla tacos with shredded cheddar cheese copped onion and shredded lettuce.
Topped with two teaspoons of the taco sauce.
This is better than hot Sriracha sauce any day of the week.

His life shall be spared.

Gerardo we had a pet opossum when I was a kid.
We didn't keep her in a cage she came and went as she pleased but you could pet her and pick her up.
I also had two pet armadillos that were the same way.

I have had several partaily tamed wild critters around.
I have found that if I feed the things they stay out of my garden more.
The other night I was outside by the garden just siting and having a beer under a loquat tree.
I am always very quiet while I am out there with my cat.
I hear a noise behind me an above me about 3 feet away.
I slowly turned and looked up and it was an opossum.
The thing just sat there with me.
Another time the cat was in my lap.
She was looking very close at my agave plant.
I looked and there was a mouse about 4 feet away.
She made her move and had a midnight snack.
I have had a few cats I could hunt with.
They would sit with you in the woods and let you know were something was by looking.

The local Bandidos love my triumph.

Some really good electric skillet enchiladas I made last night.
As with soup I cleaned out the refrigerator of onions meat peppers and cheese.
Everything homemade the sauce and all except the corn tortillas.
I even ground my own fresh brisket.
It made supper and lunch today.

I really like making the things this way it is the first time I have tried it.
I have never had an electric skillet before it is a freebee.

For some time now there has been a bob tail house cat coming through my yard to get a drink from the wild life watering hole.
He is talkative and gets along with my cat.
Sometimes he will lay in the yard for a while.
He even lets me give him a quick pet before hissing and moving on.
Today I was walking down the street and he came running out of someone's yard meowing and greeted me.
He did several figure eights and then laid down and started flopping.
All is right in my world when things like this happen.
Sounds silly I know but simple things make my day.
So many good simple things have happened to me today it has really turned me around.
Last night I went to bed crying my eyes out not knowing were to go in my life after hearing a song.
Today was a complete turn around I haven't had in many weeks.
Here the little feller is, thank you little feller.

That's cool Worth

We have an older female cat that looks a lot like that one except she has a tail and long hair. Her name is, Trouble. We didn't name her. She arrived here already named.

For some reason I do not like squirrels but have soft spot for possums. Go figure.

Give me a package of corn tortillas and I Will eat like a king.
Here on a complete spur of the moment Tostadas I made.
All it is is some crispy home fried tortillas a can of black refried beans left over lettuce and some manzano and Fresno peppers with lime.
If you guys up north have never had anything like this you should give it a try.
It is one of this put what you want on it things.
This is just what I happened to have.

You probably sprinkled it with 5 to 10 spices to make it taste and smell like a king food.
