Default My Clematis Seedling Bloomed!

Hi,
I had a clematis seeding pop up on its own a couple years ago. I moved it under a rambling rose last year. Earlier this year, I had an accidental chopping off of the stems. So it was a big surprise to come home yesterday and find it was blooming! I'm so happy it was worth the wait!

Here's another blue beauty that is blooming right now too. It is a Japanese morning glory, a Mt. Fuji type.

Plants I started from seed by winter sowing are here

Those are gorgeous Remy! May your volunteer clematis live to a ripe old age and be every bit as gorgeous as my mother's was - covered an entire end of the porch, loaded with blooms most of the summer.

Sherry,
Thanks, and I knew you would love that morning glory!

Granny,
I sure hope so! The rose I planted it under takes up a lot of space and only blooms once in June. It would be wonderful if it covered the rose and fence in blooms all summer.

Wow!:surprise: That looks great, so many blooms.
I just planted a baby one. I hope mine gets half as many blooms!
