And wait to read about the four crosses that paddy sent to me for the experimental section of my 2015 seed offer coming up soon, as I keep saying, can't show pictures in my seed offer thread here at Tville, but you'll recognize many of the parental inputs and also the opportunity to find something really interesting and then report backto Paddy,

Carolyn

Some more segs I'm just now getting around to posting-

L 4-8. This was a very, very tasty black.

FY 1-1. Got the looks, but the taste was bland.

Clockwise from top left - L 4-14, T 14-2,L 4-11. T 14-2 will for sure get a few F3's out of me. Very cool GWR w/pink stripes. Nice and sweet too.

But...
Winner Winner Chicken Dinner -

T14-1. TAST-Y + looks for days. It was even pretty productive for the tiny little plant it was. (It was a last minute shove onto the poorly watered end of a pepper row, where it got NO love). Maybe the lowest seed count I've ever encountered in a non-heart. I picked probably 10 fruit, and I've probably got a grand total of 50 seeds. But I'm into sharing a few if people are really into it.

2016 Growouts - grown from a mixture of my own F2's and some seeds Dfollett sent me.

L 25-5, 25-3 and 25-1
25-5 was hyper productive, pink, meaty, and taste was 9/10 with a great sweet/acid balance.

T 2-3, 2-4, 2-5 and 2-6
Only saved 2-6 which was meaty and had classic old-school taste.

LPFY 9-10 great looks, bigger, taste 6/10.

FY 9-13 and 9-11
FY 9-13 bicolor, taste could be stronger.
FY 9-11 pretty close looks-wise, taste 6.5.

FY 11-5 and 11-3
11-3 had the taste going on.

FY 11-1
Fruity, very early 7/10

FY11-9, 11-15, 11-12, 11-10, 11-11
FY 11-12 and 11-15 were bland, and therefore not saved.
11-10 was tasty and 11-11 was acid and good tasting.

FY 9-19, 9-16, 9-13, 9-17, 9-23 (2), 9-21, 9-11, 9-17 and 9-13
You can really see these mater's mama (last years T 14-1) in these.
FY 9-19 I like the stripes, but not the weak taste
FY 9-13 pretty close looks-wise, taste 7.5/10
FY 9-17 didn't save seeds
FY 9-23 pretty bicolor, but weak taste.
FY 9-21 Bicolor, 8/10. in the running for getting carried forward.

9-19

9-13

9-21

FY 9-22 AWESOME stripes (the best), bicolor, really nice flavor but soft texture, which I hope will improve at F4.
