Default Holes in tomato - who did it?

May be slug or earwig damage, especially if you picked the fruits from near the ground or if there were weeds and grasses growing up around them.

Hi! For me it's grasshoppers. I have a bad infestation and there moving into my tomato beds. Some have holes like your picture. I had them in past years too and there really hard to get rid of.

Thanks for your suggestions. I just finally saw the critter - it's an earwig.

It's just happening to the fruits near the ground - I'm trying to pick them as soon as they begin to turn, but the earwigs have still had a feast or two.
