Default Green light to eat them?

I know no one has died from eating fried green tomatoes and pickled tomatoes.
Just curious, if tomato leaves and stems can be poisonous, do green un-ripe tomatoes have some poison too?

green tomatoes?? I've been eating them pickled, fried...etc...all my life. NO problem!
