Bean Ends

can someone please shed me some light why some of my latest bean ends are going pointy at the ends and arent growing as long and healthy looking as the first ones??

Are those Armenian Yard Long Beans? If so I had the same problem this past growing season with mine. I'll be interested to hear what may be the cause, and the remedy.

I had the same problem with some 'long' beans, and I believe I was told it was a pollination problem - incomplete or poor pollination? Perhaps due to weather?

I don't sound like much help, do I??!

Seeds either fail to form or abort early. Was it very hot or dry when they were in blossom?

Hot,wet, and humid at first and now hot n dry...Thinking back ive had the same problem with these beans winter time also...
First lot of beans to take off grow great with perfect shape and as the plant bears crop they seam to grow like the photos??..
I was thinking that maybe the plant was quick to take up all the goodness out of the soil hence hafe the crop ends , end up like that??..

I've had pollination problems with long beans when the nights are getting cooler.
