Mini Kale and mini spinach?
My friend saw mini spinach at the salad bar at a local Kroger grocery store. She asked if it was sold in their produce dept and they don't.
Is there seed (prefer OP or heirloom) for it and for a small type of kale that might be less "kale-like"? |

I suspect it is just regular spinach that was picked very early.

Yes, I'm pretty sure it's baby greens, too. You plant it closer together and pick it when it's the size you want, it regrows, you pick it again, etc. For instance, here's one from Territorial that says, "For baby spinach, sow about 35-40 seeds per foot in a 2 inch wide furrow. Thin to 1 inch apart. "
