A fellow who posts here and signs "JT" recommended Peppermania. I visited her site and was impressed with her collection. While she may not have quite the selection of my Hoosier pepper lady up in Bloomington (whose Web site currently in not accessible), Beth maintains a very nice collection and a friendly and informational Web site.

She also responds very promptly and enthusiastically to email:

Greeting from Texas, Bill!

Thank you for the compliment on my catalog and Peppermania! I was so tickled when I figured out how to get the catalog downloadable as I am my own webmaster and a bit challenged by the software at times. I started taking and organizing photos last night so I can get it updated soon...dang day job just takes up too much of my time! ;-)

That JohnT is a jewel of a gentleman, a very dear friend. He just amazes me with all of his very cool projects he always has going on.

I actually grew my first tomato this last season, a little Oaxacan Cherry. Only one plant and it was nothing but a cootie magnet. I got my SSE catalog today and will have to see if I can find a nice sturdy variety that will survive in a large container in my hot humid climate. I am open to any suggestions!

Thanks again, Bill!

I say let's get behind Beth with a few purchases, and maybe turn her on to some of our favorite tomatoes!
