Okay I will ask here for the celery fans.
I like Prices peminto cheese spread for stuffed celery.
I will also use Mayonnaise and some other cheese and make ny own for stuffing celery.
I have said and ate this around other people and they are flabbergasted.

Their idea of stuffed celery is butternut butter and mayonnaise.
I have tried it and dont like it.
I simply cannot wrap my mind around sweet peanut butter and any kind of vegetable.
Not peanuts but peanut butter.

What do you guys prefer if anything?
Last night it was dipped in green goddess dressing.

As you (and others) indicated, getting the tiny seeds to sprout and through seedling stage is the difficult part - once there, the celery seems to grow itself without a lot of attention.

I use the "paper towel / zip-lock bag" method to germinate the seeds.

Had to google it, oh my they look amazing!

Hate to say it, I found a few real ants - and real aphids on the celery and baby carrots yesterday, but thankfully there are no freezing nights in the next week forecast, so I dragged the lot of them outdoors to make way for spring things.

Icy rain today, crispy celery tomorrow. Just hope I get to it before the moose and hares.
