Jillian what an awesome garden!
What kind of peppers are those white ones pointing up in a cluster? , they look amazing. Also curious about the really long peppers turning red. They're so skinny they remind me a bit of my Italian pepperoncini but they look to be way longer.
I'm a Jimmy Nardello fan too. They are so easy to take care of and put up with our lousy weather better than... just about any pepper.

Thanks Bower, the cluster pepper is feher ozon paprika. They are actually a light yellow , they are ripening now and are just lovely. I will try and post a new pic later. The long skinny red is de Arbol. I grew those to make powder with but have been using them in my roasted salsa.

Jillian, this is my third time to look at this thread. Your plants look wonderful. The multi-colored ornamental peppers make me stop scrolling just to admire their beauty.

Default Kale chips, etc.

Thanks guys! I love to look at all of yours' garden pics too, mine do not hold a candle but it is fun to share. jmsieglaff, I really love the Blush. My daughter is growing it too and it is her absolute favorite.

My kale is about done for but I have made lots of these Kale chips. Addictive.

Bottom two are Corno di Toro Red. Wow.

Oh my, the colour on the Feher Ozon is so gorgeous! I grew them one year but it was not ideal conditions, only a couple of peppers and not nearly so lush and beautiful and fruitful as yours. Those Corno di Toro are... like bull's horns!

Kale chips recipe? My wife wants me to grow a bunch of Kale for juicing but I hate the taste of it myself.

I like to do them in the microwave instead of the oven. I dry basil in microwave all the time, so I thought why not the kale? They turn out perfect every time and are really delicious. All I do is wash the kale and strip from stems. Dinosaur kale makes the best chips but I use all kinds. Pat dry and let dry completely, very important. Depending on how much I have I then add a small amount of olive oil to a bowl, 1 to 2 teaspoons. Add the kale to bowl and massage each leaf with the oil.

Place kale in a single layer on a plate, I overlap a little and it is fine. Do not use a paper plate Sprinkle with salt/seasoning salt. Each batch takes 4 minutes in my microwave. You want them to be evenly crispy. Sometimes I add a little more salt as soon as I take them out if needed. I make several batches at a time, they go fast.

Thanks for posting, always a pleasure to see other gardeners work.
I wonder how often do you water our grow bags?
